Ms. Fathima Mafaza is a distinguished Pastry and Bakery Artist whose work embodies elegance, precision, and world-class culinary craftsmanship. She is also serving as a Visiting Professor in Pastry & Bakery at Universiti Geomatika Malaysia, following her official conferment by the University in 2026. With over a decade of professional excellence, she has earned recognition for her mastery in luxury cake artistry, advanced sugar floristry, chocolate craftsmanship, and contemporary pastry innovation.
